2. Agent Responsibilities

Agents must provide accurate information, maintain KYC compliance, and conduct trades in good faith. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Trading & Transactions

All trades are peer-to-peer. DAILY Network provides the directory and verification infrastructure but is not a party to individual transactions. Users trade at their own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

DAILY Network is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from trades, market fluctuations, or technical issues.
